Nashville to Birmingham and now back to Nashville

So I was looking in the Birmingham area for some fix and flip properties because I had someone in the city I was working with. My partner no longer wants to flip houses, so now I am back looking in the Nashville area.

I feel that this is a set back. Now I have to start over again. Figure out what area I want to work in and search for deals in a new area.

Please let me know if anyone wants to partner up on a deal or just network.

Just time to regroup...
