Would this idea be a good way to find properties?
Just a creative thought not sure if it'd get me anywhere but figured to see what you guys think.
Would contacting the local electricity department and asking if there's a way to get a list of properties who haven't had power with in the past 6months to 2 years or a list of people who's powers about to be shut off because of late payments be a good idea you think?
