Current position in Real Estate market cycle?

I am wondering where everyone believes the market is positioned in the real estate cycle... After reading around on BP and doing some independent research I think it is safe to say we are not at the bottom or declining, but we are at the peak? Is the market coming to a tipping point soon? Will it continue to climb for years before declining? Very interested to hear anyone's opinion.
