how to invest monthly in real estate

Hello everyone!

I have been searching the posts for about three hours trying to find some advice on how to invest about $3000 per month in real estate. If anyone has any links to share, I'd appreciate it. Otherwise, are there any suggestions on how to invest monthly? I'd like to stay local in the Denver market.

Additionally, I will be moving back to Denver in a year (in the military stationed overseas) and will start full time investing doing either new construction or flipping homes. I want to invest in Denver specifically so I can start building relationships for when I start in a year!

Thanks!!

Adam

Hi Adam,

Have you considered investing as a Joint Venture partner with other investors in that area. You could get a nice return on your investment while your partner does the leg work in Denver.
