Hi, I'm pretty new to real estate investing and wanted to get some advise from you guys on how to setup a property I am getting.

1. Put the property under my own name and have the renter pay rent to a management company I have setup (currently using this Management company for other management businesses).

2. Put the property under the management companies name and have all rent checks go the management company.

3. Another option ?

Thanks in advance for your help.

@Karim Poonja - It will vary on your financing.  30 year fixed residential financing can only be done to a person, if you have a business entity you will need commercial financing which are 5 year balloons.
