Hello BP,

I've learned that there is always a curve to understanding new things. With that being said, instead of following a map, I'd prefer to ride with someone who knows the way. I don't know very much about Real Estate, but I'm willing to help any successful veteran investors so that I can learn how to do things the proper way.

I'm available a couple of hours a day after work (after 5pm EST as I'm just outside Atlanta, Georgia) currently. I don't sleep very much so please let me know how I can serve you. I'm not asking for any money...I just want to learn from you.

Look up your local REIA ( real estate investor association). Leave your credit card at home and stay away from gurus. Go to some education classes. Look for investors with companies doing what you want to do and see if you can go work for them starting out at the bottom.

After you show hard work, passion, integrity on the job then they might partner with you on your first investment property to get you started.
