Rehab: Apartment or Single Family?

Hello. We have a accepted purchase agreement for a 5unit apartment building. This property needs about 20k of work, and we're buying for 50k (10k per unit). This is a great deal from my research, but not in the best area. We are looking to reposition this deal and flip it within 6 months. What are the main things I should consider? Is it easier to flip apartments or houses? Any advice would be great, I'm a newb. Thanks
