Hey Everyone

So my business partners and I want to get into the flipping homes, and investment properties aspect to generate profits. I am a real estate agent as well and truly love what I do. Is there any investors that know what's the best way to start to find investors in my area. I truly would like anyones opinion on ways to start and put your best foot forward.
