How many rentals do you own?
I'll start it out. I own 2 single family homes
A 813 sf rents $1,250 per month
A 1413 sf rents $1,180 per month

Low wage earner here: House hacked a 3/2 with roommates for a year and moved out. Now bringing in $950, which will probably only break even in the long run.
Looking to buy small multifamily in the summer, and on it goes.
Picked up a side hustle to further that along.
