Property Assessment Challenge Assistance

Hello, Recently in Carteret, NJ there was a borough wide appraisal done. I think that the value they assigned to my property may have been slightly elevated. They didn't provide any information they used such as number of bedrooms or bathrooms, nor did they provide any supporting documents along with their letter. I have a meeting scheduled with them Friday at 10 am. I was going to hire an attorney but after waiting for him to call me back and telling me that my savings would be significant enough for him to represent me, I now find myself in a bind. With the weather I can't get a realtor to give me comps and I am meeting with them tomorrow. Can someone help me do a value comparison quickly?
