Thanks to BP, I've booked my trip to Indy

Aloha BP!

I've finally booked my trip to Indy after many months of researching that market. Luckily, while doing my own research, I found out that my local REIA group (which I joined in January of this year) travels to Indy occasionally to look at properties and meet other power team members that they've acquired throughout the years. I felt that that was a sign for me to sign up with them to validate all the research I've done and leverage relationships that they've built to create win-win relationships for them and myself. I'm praying that this trip will turn into a great learning experience as well as helping me create finer distinctions between being an investor and just being an analyzer.

Thank you BP for helping me get this far in my investment career. On to the next chapter...
