How can I meet more people stuck in the Corporate rat race?

Hello,

I am a realtor and I work with very active sellers here in Atlanta. Many of these homes make perfect flips or rental deals that I believe would be very attractive to people in the corporate community. I currently work with a few who use hard money loans to buy and renovate these. Those I have worked with have seen great success and are using this as a way to get to financial freedom. I am looking for ways to reach out to more people interested in flipping or renting homes but stuck in the corporate cycle. BP community reply with ways you think are good to reach out to those stuck in the corporate careers but interested in flipping or renting homes!
