Checking investments in Kansas City MO

Hi All, I have been involved with BP for a while now and have learned a lot. This will be my 4th rental property that I want to invest in. 

I have a property in Michigan and its going well. I want to invest into another city and Kansas City keeps coming up as a place to have a good ROI.

Can anyone please recommend any places I should look for in or around Kansas City. My objective is buy and hold with properties under 90K-100K (or less) with 15-20% CoC.

Any advise would be appreciated.
