Your only job is to find deals. What are you doing daily?

Hello BP,

I have a hypothetical for ya. Or maybe for some of you it's not so hypothetical.

If your only job was to find and make deals happen, what would you wake up and do every day from 9-5? Imagine you have private lenders lining up at your doorstep and teams in place to rehab/manage/etc. How much you make is only limited by how much effort you put toward finding a good deal every day. You feel obligated to work 9-5 or 40 hours a week, however you want to put it. How do you fill up those hours and stay busy?

You can't just drive for dollars or write letters/postcards all day every day! But they can certainly be part of your schedule here and there! :)

@Ron Hayworth I try to learn as much as I possibly can in my down time. If you find yourself twiddling your thumbs connect with someone who is already very busy doing deals, and see what task you can help them out with to become more knowledgeable about real estate investing. Good luck!
