Advice on making more progress?

Hey everyone. I recently read "Book on Rental Property Investing" and plan on going to my first REI club meeting soon but in the mean time still want to make more progress. Any tips or advice on how I can make more progress? I love hustling and progressing, just not sure what to do next. Thanks for the help!
