Down payment & Cash Flow
If I buy a rental property, what is the ideal down payment so that it generates positive cash flow. I have been looking at a condo, and I have to put 30% down to generate a positive cash flow. I am planning to hire a property management company and is one of the reasons for the additional down payment.
