Hello BP,
I'm in search of an investor friendly realtor in the Greater Cincinnati area. I'm looking to explore fix and flip or buy and hold deals. Any recommendations would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I recommend Marcus Parrish. He has been a realtor for over a decade and works with several area RE Investors int he city and personally conducts RE deals for his clients and himself.
