Passive Real Estate Investments
I'm interested in passive income, for example investing in a crowd funded properties which would allow me to start at a lower entry point and diversify my investments. I'm also interested in short term rehab/flip investment opportunities, again as a passive investor. I've seen that there are thousands of companies listed on the website. I'm hoping to narrow that down to a list of a dozen highly recommended companies, if possible. Thank you.
