Tips and Tools for Market Research
I am into the buying and holding real estate investing model (although I am still new to real estate investing). I am hoping to one day invest into real estates in different states, and I was curious what more experienced real estate real estate investors used for market research analyses.
What are some key indicators for a healthy, rental market? What tools, websites, etc. do you use to analyze real estate markets? What else should I be doing to ensure thorough research?
