Got a team of contractors waiting patiently to jump on the next project but really not liking this limbo stage. Thinking about doing two deals at once as soon as this home sells to keep on the nostalgia. Deal was purchase price: $48,000 rehab cost (labor and materials): $14,000 ARV appraised at $95,000 but put on market for $100,000
