Hello Everyone. I have pretty extensive experience in Real Estate and have flipped 3 houses prior. I am diving back in and become an REI full time. I was advised to start out by doing a Joint Venture (JV) with someone possibly doing a wholesale to get things going. The only thing I don't have to contribute is funds. I am also taking classes, attending workshops, etc to expand on my knowledge. What do you recommend? How did you do your first JV?
