Property Management in Clarksville, TN

Hey guys, I'm new to BP, and have been amazed at the wealth of information here, and on the podcast (and books).  I'm a seasoned investor, but new to investing in buy and hold properties outside of my area (which is Portland, Oregon--way to hot to buy rentals in).

I'm looking at Clarksville, TN, and wanted to ask for any info and referrals you can offer:

-Excellent property management companies

-Tips on best areas of town (or worst areas) for rentals

-Any other insight about Clarksville rental investing

Thanks in advance!

Fritz

Welcome to BP Fritz! I run a property management division in my brokerage, Cory Real Estate Services, here in Clarksville. I'd love to discuss our services with you and see if we would be a good fit working together. I'll send you a private message in a minute. I am also an active investor in town. Personally, I feel that out of all the deals I analyze that I typically can get the best returns on multifamily properties but of course it just comes down to the numbers. I'm also working on building some quads in the area and actively looking for land to develop and build more. Some to keep and some to sell along with a builder/developer I work with regularly.

Let me know if I can help!
