What is your REI WHY?
Last Wednesday (7/26/16) @Brandon Turner hosted his weekly webinar and the topic was about Rental Property Investing. He named five "Rights" during the webinar and identified one of the rights as having "The Right Hustle." He asked those of us listening to think about our "why." Why do we want to invest in real estate?
So I pose the question to the BP community. What is your why? Has your why changed over time? Do you have multiple?
My why(s):
- The prototypical financial freedom we all seek. But it is more about what the freedom offers me: A life that has the ability to be full of time for the things I care about. Those things are my loved ones, adventure, and experience.
- As a lifelong athlete, I love and thrive in a competitive environment. I find the field of real estate to be just as competitive as any sport I have taken part in. The competition drives and excites me.
