I was thinking of buying in Ossining or White Plains, NY. However, I had some trouble finding flood maps online. Was wondering if anyone know where to find some sort of flood risk statistic map or chart for Westchester, NY?

To be honest, I'm not sure I understand that map. 

Do you know of something similar to this chart I found for New Jersey's North-East region but for Westchester? 

Perhaps something that displays a zip code's risk when compared with others in the county. This example is for NJ: https://bsa.nfipstat.fema.gov/reports/1040.htm#34
