Pre Appraisal Packet Sugestions & Samples
I am about to have a second appraisal done on a 4 plex I own (after the first came in significantly lower than expected) and I want to be prepared. I paid $850 for the first appraisal and $1000 for the second and want to make sure that I do everything in my power to help control the situation. Could someone show me a sample "Appraisal Packet" that they have given to the appraiser? Thanks in advance! Hoping to complete the refinance portion quickly and get on to investing in more deals.
