Closing on my first deal - What now?

Hello everyone, Hoping to close on my first deal this week *fingers crossed*. It is a 2 unit multi family in which I will live in one unit. The process has been full of complications but it looks like it will happen by Friday!! Thus, I was wondering what should be some of the first few things I do once I own the house? Anyone have a checklist of things that should be done? Thanks E.B.
