How New Tax Law affects your Investment Strategy

With the new tax law going into effect in 2018, I'm very curious how it changes investment plans and/or strategy. As one who is planning to make my first purchase finally in 1Q2018, I had been watching very closely. My plan is to create an LLC for my investment properties and I then plan to purchase a multifamily property in Central Florida, with a goal to own 2 by end of 2018.

Given that I am just starting, I don't really have a point of reference for how the changes affect the investor, so would love to hear if anyone cares to share.  Please note that I am not asking for discussion on the if the law should or should not have happened, respectfully I appreciate thoughts and views on the impact.

Thanks everyone!
