i would like to get in contact with the owner of vacant property i found and I would like to reach out to the owner and see if he is interested in selling his home. Question how can i find out who is the owner of the property, when i search the tax only the name of a trust comes up with no additional information. how do I tackle this ? has any one has encounter this situation in the past before? . any information would be greatly appreciated.

Have you called and spoken with the county’s assessor/tax office? The land owner’s mailing address should be public information.
Once obtained, write them a letter with an offer.
