Pull equity from primary home
We have 250,000 equity in our primary home. Does it make sense to pull the equity out to purchase cash flowing properties?

@Paul Boyett it absolutely does. I personally do not plan to have that much equity in my home for several decades as equity provides little value for me in my day to day life. You could leverage that and purchase a 1 million dollar property, or if you are accredited you could invest that passively with a syndication and probably see a 12- 15% return.
