Recommendations for FHA 203(k) lenders in Atl??
Hey, I'm a new member of Bigger Pockets and am interested in House Hacking. I live in Atlanta and I'm struggling to find lenders that offer FHA 203(K) loans, non streamline. Does anyone: 1. Have any recommendations of lenders I should reach out to? or 2. Tips on how to effectively manage the 201(k) lending process (pre and post loan approval)? Thanks in advance for your help here!
