Selling a flip without a traditional realtor

I am considering selling a flip using Listing Spark or a similar service. The reason behind this is to reduce expenses ( commission to realtor) Can anyone share their experience/ thoughts on this.TIA

A lot of buyers start their housing search with free websites like Trulia and Zillow, but it is in their best interest to have an agent since the seller pays commission from sale proceeds. Mostly, what you give up is volume of potential buyers causing your house to stay on the market longer. Savvy, unrepresented buyers will offer less since they know you aren't paying commission. It all comes down to how fast you want to get it sold and good deals sell fast.

@Ayo O. It all depends on how much free time you have and your marketing budget. You will spend a lot of time and time and your own money selling yourself. It really the depends on you. The right realtor will get net you the most money so commission would not even be an issue. Best of luck
