How beneficial is the VA for investment purposes?

Hello BP Family! I used the VA home loan last year to purchase my current residence, and I've heard that the VA will lend on investment properties as long as they are owner occupied. If any veterans have had any success on here dealing with the VA and investment properties please share your story with us! :)
