Where do I get a realestate liscense?
I heard on the BP podcast that it is worthwhile to obtain a RE liscense before starting your investing career. For those experienced investors- have your certifications in real estate benefited your career? if it is worthwhile how would I go about getting my liscense and where would i get it? I have not done a single deal and I am in the learning phase of my career. Thanks for the input.
