Hello all, does any one know where I can get real estate market data (like historical demand based on type/size/# of bedrooms of a property, which would tell me what type of property is selling the most) for a particular county in the US?
I have tried realtor.com, zillow, redfin, trulia but none give me what I am looking for. Is there another way to determine demand for a type of property on a given location?
Thank you for your help!

Zillow has some detailed data in their data section, but I'd suggest just filtering out the search results for the data you are looking for.
In most counties, the typical 3/2 near the median home sale price is probably going to be the most popular home as it sits in the Goldilocks zone of being just right for smaller families without breaking the bank.

@Damian Gaitan you can also try census.gov or city-data.com
