Best tool to analyse rent/buy prices s.m. and ratio?
Hi BP'ers
What pro tip can u give me to analyze te rent/buy prices ratio in a given area. I find that the area's that im interested (greece) does not give a clear statistics about the prices per s.q. meter. Is there a convienent tool that you can suggest to load it with data in order to have a better view of the area's?
