Is it possible to self manage a 203K project

Is it possible to manage your own 203K project and just hire licensed subcontractors or will I be required to hire a GC. My wife and I are architects and have managed our own rehab projects but we are not General Contractors. The purchase price was $200K and the rehab will be about $100k.
