Looking to learn about analyzing deals!

Hi everyone! I have been in and out of bigger pockets for a long time. I have always found REI very interesting. I just started my first full-time job and am looking to start practicing analyzing the numbers for deals. I am currently not in a position to do any deals but want to start learning. The best case scenario is to add value to someone who currently does deals by helping them analyze the numbers of more deals, but also looking for any advice on where to start getting to the intermediate level of learning.
