Looking for Best, Most Inexpensive way to Appraise a Unit

Posted

Hello,

I'm looking for advice on the best, least expensive way to do an appraisal on a unit. I don't want to seem like a tire kicker to local agents. So I'm hoping someone has practiced a better method. Thanks for any input.

Looking in the Jacksonville, FL Area.

Multifamily under 5 Units

@Richard Morris Jr. you hire an appraiser. That is the only way to get an appraisal. The bigger question is why do you want an appraisal?

Are you looking for ways to evaluate a potential deal you want to buy? Are you looking for an appraisal for a property you want to finance? Are you just curious what your properties are worth?
