Concrete porch slab reverse slope

I have 1940 built bungalow with a front porch concrete slab that has a reverse slope. When it rains water gathers on porch near the home and leaks into the basement fruit cellar. Tar patching where house meets porch helped only for a while. Need a long term fix. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?
