Q: for New Jersey Investing

Do you need to have a reactor's license in order to conduct lease options and sandwich lease option strategies in NJ. I'm well aware that if you own the property you WOULDN'T need a license, but since I'm not the property owner, and I will be assigning properties between seller and end buyer, will that require a license?

@Nick Philippakos do you mean a realtor's license?  Not sure what a reactor's license is.  Most brokers in NJ are not friendly to realtors wholesaling properties, as it's considered a net listing, which is against the law here in NJ.
