Looking to invest in cheap landing flipping near Miami, Fl
Hello,I've been saving some money and wanted to do some investing. I did a light Google search and your guys podcast came up. I've been enjoying all the info and interviews so I figured I'd try it out. I don't have a crazy amount of money unfortunately but hoping to at least see if I can put my foot in the door. I'm a certified horticulturist so I figured that land flipping would be more my field. If anyone wants to help or even give me some advice, it would really be appreciated.
