Recommendation for lenders in Michigan / Detroit area for FHA

I'm a first time home buyer. Looking at buying a duplex in detroit. FHA looks like the best bet for low money down. Please let me know lenders you recommend.

A duplex is a great way to get started with little money down and you can include the rental income from the other unit at 75% to help qualify. Let me know if you have questions on FHA financing.
