Opportunity zone special financing
I've been looking at certain areas that appear to be in revitalizing areas here in the south. I keep seeing properties labeled as opportunity zones, which I understand. However, I haven't found a lot of information on the special financing that is stated in these advertisements. Is this speaking of the capital gains/401k opportunities or are their additional programs available?
