Single Family Home Desperate to Sell. Any Advice on Wholesaling??

Hello all,

I visited a house today in the Mobile, AL region. It is 4,016 sqft with a beautiful pool and backyard. Super safe neighbor hood and in prime location of stores, parks and schools. The sellers are desperate to get it off the market and I was thinking it might be an opportunity to get the leg work into a deal so I could wholesale sell it to someone else that could utilize its potential. Very curious about how to go about that and would love to hear anyone's feedback. Thank you!
