There are many tax implications for international investors who want to invest in real estate in the US.
Is the income considered FDAP(Fixed, Determinable, Annual, Periodic) or ECI(effectively connected income).
Do you need an ITIN
etc

There are about 20 CPA's/Accountants who frequent the BP message boards often. Feel free to connect with a couple to see if they are knowledgeable in international taxation.

The income should be considered as FDAP income as per IRS website and i have already the ITIN number.

I'm not aware of the BP message boards, how should i search it?
