All landlords that track their own expenses MUST SEE !

Anyone out there hate tracking their expenses on paper or excel. I started tracking my expenses on landlord studio this past month! I have to give them this shout out because they reached out to me as a user, and took my advice and created a killer schedule E style report.

1. Get landlord studio at www.landlordstudio.com/?refer=BFN802

It’s a great app that you can log income and expenses for your rental properties, screen tenants, and much more!

2. Once you set up and track income/expenses on the app you can run this beautiful schedule E style report that will make you and your accountants life much easier!

Unfortunately I am unable to screenshot how nice this schedule e report looks but please check it out for yourself. More details in this link below around their reporting and their work around creating this report.
