Overcoming Challenges with Creating Partnerships

So I recently bought my first triplex and it’s cash flowing just as I expected. I am hooked, and I cannot wait to get my third, fourth, and fifth deals.

But as anyone who just put their entire savings into a down payment can testify, I have to wait to save more money.

Instead of waiting, I want to create partnerships with people who have money, who want to invest but don’t have the time.

Has anyone done this successfully? I am having a lot of challenges where people are telling me “it’s not really worth it” if I get 50 % of deal, if they put in 100% of the money. I heard Brandon turner say he did this to scale, but I don’t have any concrete actionable tips on what to do. So anyone out there can help?

    @Antonio Cucciniello

    It seems like a fair deal if they put in 100% of the money and you put in 100% of the work.
