Graduate Nurse Looking to Buy First Investment House-Duplex

Hello everyone,

I am a recent graduate from nursing school and am 21 years old with my BSN. I will start working in June and make $67,000 per year. I’m looking to buy my first property within the year. I have heard of house-hacking. Does anyone have any advice for me? As I begin my investment career!
