Hi! Im new to real estate investing, I've been doing some research a read as much as I can but either way I have a lot of questions since most of the info is general. When is the right time to create a business like forming an LLC ? Also when registering in NJ the business should I need a license? Im interested jn wholesaling and flipping.

Thank you!

How many deals have you done so far? Before getting the business structure set up, I would recommend doing just one deal in your name (if you havent already). Use an agent so you dont need to pay for any licensing and see how you like it!
