I’d like to know what strategies other investors are using to predict future property appreciation?

@Account Closed my 3 favorites are crystal ball, tarot and palm readers. It all depends on the local economy. Supply and demand. If a big business closes people will move to find jobs and the price of real estate will drop. If Amazon moves close to you the property gets more valuable. If you know an area very well you might find areas where gentrification is going on. Historically real estate has gone up a little over 5%.
